Customer service and aftercare is paramount to Triumph’s success and in turn, we have a dedicated customer service department as well as Account Manager who look after all of our accounts.

We treat every enquiry, no matter how large or small that comes into the business with the same level of urgency and attention.

Our dedicated team of professionals are knowledgeable in all areas of our products and services, this includes, design, installation, products, colours and bespoke services. Our clients include: Military, Police, Local Government, Education, Dealers, Architects, Hospitality and all other private and public sectors. Our teams aim to pass on our knowledge of the industry and whenever an enquiry enters the business, you will find a ‘can do’ attitude to assist on all levels.

Our Accounts Managers aim to provide a personal touch to any project or contract and will go the extra mile to ensure each project is successful, completed on time and to budget. After the installation has taken place, our employees continue to provide excellent After Sales Support, both during and out of the warranty period.
